Lighting

We can create varied underwater lighting effects including strobing and dimming using water proof discreet LED light packs which can be programmed independently, put under active control or routed into any other DMX equipment on set. For example blue fading dark green fading to black can give the impression of a diver going down a long way in a pool just a few metres deep.

Bubbles

Bubbles are very useful, not only do they create an exciting atmosphere they also conceal large areas of not to be seen background. Bubbles are commonly used in filming to make it obvious that the scene is underwater. Our compressor systems can turn a serene pool into an exciting and foreboding environment at the flick of a switch.

Bursting pipes

Seems simple but its actually quite difficult to get a pipe to explode on demand! We use pressurized water tanks and solenoid valves to divert instant pressure to a weakened and water filled pipe. For example we can pop 10 pipes in sequence then have them repaired and ready to go again in less than 30 minutes.

Exploding Aquariums

Glass tanks built out of both toughened and standard glass to create guaranteed weak points for controlled blow outs. The toughened sections remain in tact for repeat use.

Filming windows

No good having an underwater set in a tight space if there is no room for a camera! We can tank small rooms to be flooded and install reliable filming and viewing windows.
