Hi Tech Contemporary Water Displays

Clever implementation of computer controlled jets and lighting adds a whole new dimension to a water display. A water feature that is unpredictable, interactive or dynamic entertains like no other.

We use a single software package that once installed on a local PC will control jet height, patterns and integrated lighting. The software creates a 3D map of the water feature to allow simple programming of either animated fountain sequences or dynamic responses to external inputs. For example a fountain could be choreographed to create a pre recorded musical display or alternatively respond to input from a microphone, keyboard or pressure switches.

Random operation is also possible.

Types of Water Display

Animated Fountains

Animated fountains operate a pre-programmed sequence of display without the requirement for any external inputs. Any fountain that runs through a sequence of operation is animated.

Public display fountains/water features

Often animated, public display water features can be designed to be purely decorative or as a fun, interactive area for children to play within. The use of isolated surface mounted pumps and low voltage lighting ensures safety.

Interactive input controlled fountains/water features

Input controlled fountain displays will run an 'attention grabbing' programme by default and switch to dynamic input control once a user activates the control system. Such inputs could include pressure pads, switches, light sensors or keyboards. Any input can be adapted and a response programmed into the fountain control software to match.

Musical Fountains

Typically musical fountains are pre choreographed. Live response to music is possible however the overall effect is stronger if pre recorded. Musical fountains feature many and various types of jet and RGB lighting to enable them to accurately portray the accompanying music with a water and light show.
